What should be considered when receiving the maintenance services?
The maintenance scope, intervention period, troubleshooting period and replacement product requests must be considered.  The technical competence of the service provider must be identified. The purpose to receive this system is to ensure system continuity. To meet this requirement, it should be determined that the service provider company has sufficient number of qualified personnel, that its personnel have training and certification on related issues, and that the company can provide services in accordance with Turkish Standards and International Standards.
